IT Security Software OperatorWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for a Junior IT Security Helpdesk to join their business in the United Kingdom.
Position Title: IT Security Software Operator
Position Type: Fixed term (11 months)

Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to EMEA clients
- Responsible to provide outstanding customer service
- Liaise directly with the internal security team
- Provide PC security software support
Qualifications
- Up to 7 years of IT experience, specifically in web development and managing sites
- Knowledge of web security (XSS, Plain text transmission, etc)
- Database (Oracle) experience
- Application Server : WebLogic, Tomcat
- Good understanding of IT security
- Software testing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in a computer related discipline
