Hanson Regan are searching for a SAP User support coordinator
Ensure that support Levels 1/2/3 are prepared for the service with clear responsibilities and means of operation
Hand-over with those organization
Documentation of procedures for Level 1 & 2
Ensure that the overall service is efficient for the end-user: fast resolution of incident and knowledge inquiries
Prepare self-service knowledge base
Clarify with solution teams their role in the support process (level 3)
Good level of English is required, Fluent Spanish
Location: Madrid with travel to France
