CF Healthcare are working with an NHS client based in the East Midlands and is currently looking for a Corporate Governance Manager to work on an initial 6 month contract.
As the Corporate Governance Manager you will oversee the Trust's Risk Management process and make sure the appropriate frameworks are in place for identifying and reporting risk.
You will be expected to provide reports to the Quality and Governance committee in line with the Risk procedures.
Another part of this role will be minute taking at Board level and also a large focus around the implementation of the Board Assurance Frameworks.
This is an excellent opportunity for to work with the Quality and Governance teams also and attend monthly meetings to advise on all issues from a Corporate Governance perspective and in some instances, deputise for the Trust Secretary.
