Description
We have an urgent requirement for a Customer Support Engineer SDM for our major client working out of Athens.
The role of the Customer Support Engineer SDM is to:
- Perform the installation and/or commissioning activities
- Perform the Integration activities
- Provide Technical/Customer acceptance testing
- Provide on-site support at customer premises participating network operation service
Experience:
- Prior experience of Basic OAM tasks on SDM products (NTHLR+ OneNDS)
- SW Upgrades of SDM Products
- Integration and acceptance for SDM products
- Provisioning skills in SPML and DSML
