Recruitment Business Partner -London

Key Accountabilities

This is a hands-on 360 recruitment role within a fast paced, developing environment. The candidate's key function will be to ensure that Recruiting function will immerse themselves within the BAU functions - but as we go through a period of change within the team there will also be opportunities to be involved in a number of change related projects.

We are therefore looking for an experienced on-site recruiter that is keen to not only be hands-on in their approach and keen to drive a direct sourcing agenda, but is also able to provide value to a wider on-going project of process improvement to the way in which we attract talent into the business.

Key Requirements as well as the below:

*On-site recruitment experience
*Experience within Financial Services
*Experience of handling large numbers of vacancies
*Strong administration skills
*Proven track record in quickly developing effective commercial relationships
*Experience working within Investment/Asset Management
*Agency recruitment experience

You will manage a number of open roles in a different of areas within LGIM. Key BAU functions will include:

*Working with Line Managers to assess the recruitment need
*Assisting managers with the creation of job specifications
*Working closely with Finance to ensure roles are in budget
*Facilitating the authorisation process
*Work with the Resourcing Manager to agree appropriate recruitment approach and liaise with external consultants as appropriate
*Scheduling interviews as required
*Providing feedback to candidates/managers
*Making offers in line with company policy and protocols

Skills/Exp

*Strong experience in attracting talent into a Financial/Banking environment
*Experience of handling large numbers of vacancies while on-site
*Excellent written and spoken English skills
*A proven track record in quickly developing effective commercial relationships
*Previous experience of working within an agency/consultancy environment
*Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite of products
*Any experience within change projects would be ideal
*Experience within an Investment/Asset Management environment would be appealing
