IT Service Manager - Manchester - 6 months

An exciting opportunity had arisen within one of Manchester leading managed service providers, as they have an immediate vacancy for an excellent IT Service Manager to provide customer-facing applications service management for the companies key clients.

As the IT Service Manager you will lead a technical team being response for setting SLA's and making sure the team hit them and overseeing day to day operation within the business.

Job Title: IT Service Manager

Rate: £300 - £350 per day DOE

Location: Manchester

Start date: ASAP

Essential skills:

*Experience working with an IT Support team and knowledge of service desk tools

*Experience as an operational specialist in a Windows environment carrying out day to day system management and development

*Must have experience of continual service improvement plan and implementing Service Improvement Plans

*Previous experience within a management or lead IT role preferably in a corporate environment

*Must be an expert in ITIL
