My prestigious Law Firm client have need of an excellent Change Analyst to support them on a major IT Implementation Programme. This role will be based in Paris and include some travelling, it is important you speak both French and English languages.
You will pay an important part in helping to reduce the impact this implementation will have on the business and individuals and in doing so enable the company to realise expected benefits sooner.
Another objective for this position is to identify and manage regional stakeholders to raise awareness of the businesses need for change, you will manage expectations about the scope and timing of change and promote the meaning of the change.
You should have circa 3 - 5 years' experience of 'Pure' Change or Change Specialist roles, rather than simply coming from a Business Analysis or Project Management background for which Change Management played a part.
As such, key skills and experience includes;
- 3 - 5 Years Change Management
- Change Management Specialist Roles/Pure Change
- Legal/Law background would be highly beneficial
- Experience with Aderant/Intapp would be highly beneficial
- Experience of working on major ERP Implementations/Integration Programmes
- Stakeholder Analysis, Relationship Management (including with Partners)
- Other European Languages would be desirable
This role can start immediately and will be paid on a daily rate at circa 550 euros - 700 euros DOE, the contract is 6 months and with excellent chances of extension.
