My client based in Hampshire, are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to be responsible for the service delivery of Infrastructure, Applications & ERP. They are looking for someone ideally who has been security cleared or can be security cleared.- At least 5 years experience working in a Service Management role in a global organisation together with various internal globally-based stakeholders. Experience in Manufacturing/Engineering industry preferred.
- Extensive experience of service delivery in an outsourced environment negotiating/working with suppliers.
- Extensive experience of negotiating with vendors, prioritising large workloads, planning, budgeting, and managing teams.
- Extensive knowledge of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards.
- Act and reacting with a customer focus first and foremost.
