Capacity/Availability/Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity/IS027001/IS02000/ITIL/Symantec Netbackup Storage/Service Operations and uptime/TOGAF 9/F5/Juniper/Cisco.On behalf of a major client based in Newbury,I am recruiting for a Capacity Specialist to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
*Building and developing Enterprise operations Capacity Framework
*Reporting,creating customer and operational dashboards
*Support business continuity/ Disaster recovery and IT service continuity
*Raising all capacity/availability issues within senior management team
*Ensuring all high risk issues that can potential affect the availability and resilience of services my client offers are appropriately managed.
Experience required:
*Knowledge of working towards IS027001/IS02000
*ITIL frameworks and standards specifically around control objectives for Availability and Capacity
*Knowledge of Symantec Netbackup Storage:HP,NetApp and EMC SAN technologies
*Understanding of applications,infrastructure development,data centre hosting/mutil tenant environments
*Service operations and uptime
*Change control
*TOGAF 9
*Multi vendor technologies - F5/Juniper/Cisco
