Service Desk Analyst - Liverpool - 6 months

Our client, based in Liverpool is looking for a Service Desk Analyst for a 6 month contract. The role has arisen due to a high demand in calls whilst the company is expanding over the North West as the company has gone from strength to strength over the last year.

As the Service Desk Analyst, you will be a single point of contact for phone calls and emails from colleagues with IT related queries and issues. You also must be willing to learn and develop a good knowledge of the company IT Systems and their importance to users.

Job title: Service Desk Analyst

Location: Liverpool

Rate: £10 - £13 per hour

Start date: ASAP

Contract length: 6 months

Essential criteria:

*Must have experience working as a Service Desk Analyst

*Experience with 1st line support - logging calls, resolving IT issues remotely, troubleshooting

*Must have a good technical knowledge of Windows products

*Diagnose basis network issues

*Have a good understanding with bespoke IT systems and willing to learn the companies
