Global Service Manager (Purchase to Pay)

Location: Manchester

Rate: £550 - £650 per day

Contract Duration: 3-6 months

The Role

You will be responsible to ensure that all activity within the end to end scope of PTP is delivered with excellence to this company's internal customers. The role is accountable for the overall operational performance of the service delivery centres ensuring value realization and continuous improvement through strong performance management. A significant part of this role is to build, maintain and enhance relationships with the company's internal business engaging key stakeholders and making Business Services Group the partner of choice.

Key Skills

*Proven experience in end to end process ownership within a Global business service
environment and transformation S2P
*Ability to influence key stakeholders across the company's business through authentic and
credible leadership
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
*Acts with a sense of urgency
*Ability to work strategically and tactically
*Change agent - continually looking for ways to drive process improvement
*Exhibits strong leadership attributes with the ability to lead and motivate teams and take them
on the journey
*Must exhibit strong focus on controls and demonstrate commercial and risk awareness.
*It is essential that you have delivered a similar project within the FMCG industry, for example
companies such as Proctor & Gamble, Pepsi, Johnson & Johnson, Coca Cola, Mars, Nestle etc
