IT Engineer for EnterpriseWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, for an IT Engineer for Enterprise to join their business in Greater Dusseldorf Area.

Requirements
- Design, implementation, and maintenance of IT products, including SAN, NAS, Server and other advanced software
- Responsibility for the planning and execution of product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts in the Pre-Sales cycle in close cooperation with the Sales team. This will include hands-on deployment and troubleshooting
- Design and implementation data migration projects
- Providing technical assistance to enterprise customers via phone, email, remote access or onsite
- Identifying and resolving technical issues onsite under the guide of TAC engineer
- Acting as technical leader for Germany IT products accident onsite recovery
Qualifications
- 6+ years of IT, storage, and data center experience in an enterprise environment
- Fluent German and English language
- Strong experience with storage vendors and products
- Proven troubleshooting experience, of complex IT solutions
- Strong knowledge of storage protocols (FC, ISCSI, SAS) and architectures (SAN, NAS, Object Storage)
- Good knowledge of OS, VMware, Windows, Linux, etc
- Ability to build technical relationships with customers, resellers, and colleagues in a fast paced environment
