Financial Analyst
Job Description:
Primary focus of this position is on data analysis and reporting.
Prepares and analyzes cost data for inclusion in project cost reporting.
Under general supervision, prepares and inputs project specific budgets in accordance with prescribed standards and procedures.
Posts vendor invoice data into accounting system.
Prepares monthly cashflow reports.
Prepares monthly accruals of work in place.
Sets up projects in project accounting system.
Reviews and approves work authorization with internal construction and IT partners.
Manages and analyzes monetary resources and affairs within an organization.
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of internal clients.
May also be responsible for conducting technical accounting research as needed.
Prepares and maintains supporting documentation for monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
Updates and collects business unit reporting packages, helps prepare ad hoc financial reporting necessary.

Minimum 3 years of experience required
BA in Finance or Accounting Required
Experience in commercial construction or facilities highly preferred
