Maintenance Manager - North London - 12 months - Excellent rates
My client is looking for a maintenance manager to work in the Estates and Facilities department. The ideal candidate will have a driving license and use of their own car as the area covered has 3 different sites (expenses provided).
You will have experience working within the education or health sectors ideally, and have experience and a strong knowledge of mechanical and Electrical systems. A Surveying background to go with this would make you an exceptional candidate.
Strong IT skills would be advantageous as all jobs, reactive and planned, will be logged on the organisations online portal.
