Description

IT Admin Support Engineer,

We are searching for an IT admin Support Engineer to work in Brussels for a leading financial organisation.

The IT admin Support Engineer will be part of the 1st line process and have interaction with different stakeholders, you will also be responsible for the dispatch of tickets (Incident/Problem) and forward to the correct experts for resolution.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for operational tasks (change management, progression of the team activities, ...) for the monitoring team and report on KPI (processes, ticketing, activities) to management.

It would be preferred for candidates to have experience with monitoring tools in particular IBM Tivoli monitoring (ITM), other ticketing/monitoring tools is also desired.

Essential Skills:

- Experience working in an administrative role

- Experience with KPI and operational tasks

- Ability to produce recurrent reports of activities and extract/format data from the DWH
