QA Manager
Senior QA Manager required to join a global team for an end user company based in the tri-state (NY/NJ/PHL) area, long term contract, excellent rates. The QA Manager will be in charge of ensuring quality assurance standards are met. The candidate will manage a global team of QA Analysts, Team Leads and Engineers.
Skills and experience required;
*Proven experience as a QA Manager for a global firm
*Experience providing both professional feedback and performance reviews for employees
*Experience with employee performance management compensation
*Hands-on experience managing financial and budget planning
*Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
