Description
My client, a large prestigious Financial Services organisation are currently recruiting a contract Compliance Advice consultant and Senior Compliance Advice Manager to assist in a large group wide organisational transformation programme. The consultants will be required to offer compliant Home and Motor regulatory advice to senior managers within the transformation programme.
The Compliance consultant will be required to have Conduct Risk and TCF and up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and practices. The Compliance consultant will be easily able to translate complex regulations into practical policies and advice.
Skills and Experience Required
Extensive Business Compliance experience working at either a consultant or manager level
Strong general insurance experience, preferably within Home and Motor products
Exceptional Communications are an absolute must influence, build relationship and communicate with senior managers and executive directors
Compliance advice experience is also required, however can have an Audit or monitoring background
Highly preferable experience, working within a large transformation programme and giving advice within a changing environment
Day Rate: £650 per day
