Senior Accountant (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Interface between operational teams and European HQ finance to ensure the highest standards of management reporting
- Support compliance with local statutory requirements
- Critically evaluate the division's financial performance and proactively bring to management's attention areas of financial or operational inefficiency
- Implement and report on KPI's
- Support the accurate forecasting of the weekly sales, gross margin and provide commercial insight into the root cause of variances
- Ensure that the balance sheet is correctly reconciled and maintained
- Lead on implementing process improvement and drive continuous enhancement of business processes and procedures in line with the Policy
- Take a leading role in ensuring a rigorous control environment is maintained, challenging non-compliance and establishing appropriate solutions where necessary
- Support key stakeholders in the preparation of the Forecast
- Compile reports on an ad-hoc basis to facilitate the monitoring and reporting on KPIs for the entity
- Support management information system to ensure information is relevant and timely
- Supervise, support and train team finance team
Your qualifications
- Experience in Controlling and as a Senior Accountant
- Also knowledge in auditing, including all necessary processes
- Ability to keep track of important processes
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge in English and/or French is a plus
