Interim Engineering Manager/Chief Engineer
Practicus are urgently recruiting for a seasoned Engineering Manager or Chif Engineer with substantial Food manufacturing experience
You will be responsible for leading all of the engineering functions within the business:
- Maintenance
- Capital Projects
- Upgrades and Improvements
- Manufacturing Process Change Projects
- Health & Safety Compliance
- Managing Subcontractors
You will be ambitious, driven and passionate about high quality food manufacturing with a high degree of personal confidence, presence and exoperience.
1. Strong engineering background in food or other regulated manufacturing industry
2. Department management experience
3. Project management experience - large capital investment projects
4. Maintenance management towards RCM/TPM
5. Continuous Improvement skills and experience
6. Budgetary management experience
