Description
Urgently required IVR designer for immediate start for a 4 month contract based in Manchester.
The candidate must have the following skill set:
- Working experience in designing IVR call flows, integration with other systems like mid-tier, mainframes etc, building VUI documents etc.
- Very proficient in IVR development on Avaya (manual development rather than using tool kits).
- Should have very fluent communication.
- 8-10 years commercial experience with IVR.
