For one of my clients in Echt, who is a global company, I am looking for an experienced customer service representative, French speaking, fulltime. You are available for at least 36h.
The Role as a customer service representative, French speaking, fulltime
Main accountabilities: o Managing the complete sales order process from receipt of the order through to invoice o Monitoring and allocating available inventory to maximise on time delivery and meet customer expectation
Delivering ever-increasing customer satisfaction by working with the purchasing, planning and warehouse teams to ensure delivery commitments are met o Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with promptly, efficiently and professionally
Logging customer complaints and performing follow up
