My client, one of the top software consultancies, are looking to take on a Solutions Analyst to work within an upcoming project within banking. This position is based in Sheffield paying up to £400 p/d.Responsibilities
Work with the global RBWM, Risk and Service Delivery businesses to define global requirements for the mortgage solution
Engage new countries to understand their operating models and perform a GAP analysis against global requirements
Elicit, analyse, validate, document and prioritise business and / or system requirements in user stories for engineering scrum teams
Act as Product Owner within the scrum teams ensuring the clear understanding and delivery of the global requirements through the Agile methodology
Skills
Experience working in an Agile methodology and the use of RTC
Experience working in relevant market/context i.e. Financial sector / Origination / Mortgages
Experience of IBM's BPM solution for workful & process modelling is advantageous
Experience in gathering detailed requirements using appropriate techniques, critically evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
A track record of constantly looking for ways to do things better and an excellent understanding of the mechanism necessary to successfully implement change
Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is a articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences and to build effective networks both internally and externally
Ability to break down problems and creativity identify alternative solutions and approaches
