Service Desk Analyst - Chester - 6 month contractA key client based in Chester is looking for a Service Desk Analyst for initially a 6 month contract. As the Service Desk Analyst you will required to provide great customer service for all points of the business, this will include internal and external customers.
The correct candidate will provide extensive technical support working closely with the infrastructure engineers and also the service delivery team.
Job title: Service Desk Analyst
Rate: £11-£13 per hour
Location: Chester
Start date: ASAP
Essential skills and criteria:
*Logging and managing calls for IT users and also 3rd party suppliers via Active Directory
*1st line support - troubleshooting and some configuring of in-house software and hardware
*Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows and experience in: creating new users, resetting passwords…basic user activity
*Sticking to time scales when resolving issues
*Contacting 3rd parties when where problems cannot be resolved in house
