An exciting opportunity for an for an IT Support Engineer/IT Support Analyst/Service Desk Analyst to join a global law firm has arisen. The IT Support Engineer/IT Support Analyst/Service Desk Analyst role is based in Luxembourg and involves providing IT Support to the local office.

The role involves recording, diagnosing, monitoring and resolving requests from users to a high standard within the agreed service levels.

The successful IT Support Engineer/IT Support Analyst/Service Desk Analyst will demonstrate excellent communication as well as strong technical skills.

Any experience within the legal sector would be beneficial however it is not essential.
