CNC Operator needed in Essex
The Main Purpose of the Job:
To programme, operate and run plasma cutter on a daily basis. Including setup, cleaning, TPM and other related tasks.
Duties:
Select required programmes
Load required materials
Run programmes
Monitoring machine whilst in operation
Ensure consumables are changed when required
Ensure correct consumables are used
General maintenance and TPM of the machine
Use own initiative
Other duties appropriate to the level of this role.
Qualifications and/or Experience Required:
Experience working with CNC controlled Laser/plasma cutting machines
Knowledge of ESAB Columbus 3 would be beneficial but not essential
