Your tasks:
- Manage the process lifecycle (as well as SDLC) and process improvement initiatives
- Develop IT process documentation following ITIL 2011 framework
- Recognize opportunities for process innovation and automatization
- Providing and interpreting financial information, managing IT budget
- Managing IT Services financial accounting, monitoring and reporting and billing systems
- Support Key Control Function during Key Control phase
- Performance of Quality Assurance reviews of all types of Internal Audit engagements
Your qualifications
- Completed education in the area of economic computer science or similar
- Profound Know How of process lifecycle (as well as SDLC) and process improvement initiatives
- First Business experience in the Financial or Consulting area
- ITIL Know How
- Communicative, proactive
- Strong analytic skills and client oriented
- Fluent in German and English
