I am currently looking for a Performance & Information Analyst for one of my NHS clients based in the Midlands. You will be responsible for reporting on the organisations performance ensuring the performance against statutory and strategic plans is known, as well as managing and reporting exceptions appropriately.The role will include working closely with other teams including, Contracting and Finance teams. A very good understanding of NHS Performance frameworks and contract data sets is important in this role. Advanced knowledge and experience of working with MS Excel is a pre-requisite.
The purpose of this role is to support performance monitoring and analysis so that they can assess its performance against targets and progress in delivering their commissioning plans.
The role will support:
- Delivering tailored reports
- Supporting regular performance review processes, including the preparation of regular and timely performance reports
- Ensuring all regular and ad hoc reports provided are of the highest quality and that reports are distributed in a timely manner and appropriate format
- Undertaking complex analysis on activity, performance, including forecasting and interpretation of data
- Leading BI input to the annual performance planning
- Preparing and presenting complex, sensitive or contentious analysis and recommendations to individuals or large groups of staff, including to clinicians and managers
