An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing Continuing Healthcare Team for an NHS organisation. My Client is currently recruiting a Children's Continuing Care Nurse Assessor to join their organisation for a 3-4 month period and to be based in the Midlands.The client is aiming to carry out interviews next week with a view to start ASAP.
Experience required below -
- The successful Nurse Assessor must be a qualified Children's Nurse
- The Continuing Care Nurse Assessor must have experience of carrying out Live case assessments on behalf of NHS organisations out in the Community
- To be put forward for interview with this particular client the Nurse Assessor will need to have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of the Continuing Care Framework and assessment process
- The CHC Nurse Assessor must have experience of working within a Continuing Care team within an NHS organisation or a Private Continuing Care organisation
- The successful candidate must have worked with Children's Continuing Healthcare teams and carried out Children's Continuing Healthcare Assessments
