Length: 3 months
There is an exciting opportunity for a Continuing Healthcare nurse assessor to join a CCG located in North East. My client is looking for either a registered General Nurse a Registered Mental Health Nurse or a dual qualified nurse, to work on the Live Assessment.
In this role you will be required to carry out the Live Assessments, using the DST framework and CHC Checklist to assess the patients, create a report and make a recommendation on these findings. Previous continuing healthcare roles are desirable, as you will be actively using the DST framework and the checklist.
