Continuing Health Care Assessor (Retrospective)Location - North West
Start - ASAP
Our NHS Client is looking for multiple Nurse Assessors to join the Retrospective Review Team. This is an initial 3 month contract with a view to extend.
You must have:
- Knowledge and experience with Continuing Care
- Knowledge of the DST and four key indicators
- Experience of working within a MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team)
- Current Social Worker or Nursing registration
- Experience of applying CHC National Framework
- Experience in reviewing case files and assessments
Please note you must be a registered RMN, RGN Adult or RGN L+D, RGN - Children's, to be considered.
