I am working with an NHS organisation to recruit a Registered Mental Health Nurse for Continuing Health care Nurse Assessing to join a team of Nurse Assessors in the North West
- Knowledge and experience with Continuing Care
- Experience of working in appeals and restitution's
- Working knowledge of Needs Portrayal Documents
- Knowledge of the DST and four key indicators
- Experience of working within a MDT (Multi-Disciplinary Team)
- Experience of applying CHC National Framework
