Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Children's Nurse Assessor with experience of working in Continuing Care to join an NHS organisation based in the Midlands.This opportunity would be for a 3 month basis with potential to extend further.
The role requires an immediate start and there could also be flexibility on days per week.
Experience required is below -
- The successful Children's Nurse Assessor must have experience of working within a Continuing Care team on behalf of NHS or Private Healthcare organisations
- The Nurse Assessor must have worked with Continuing Healthcare frameworks in relation to carrying out assessments
- The Continuing Healthcare specialist must have previously worked with Children and carried out assessments alongside Social Workers
- As a Nurse Assessor you must be familiar with and have experience with carrying out the full assessments from start to finish
- The Continuing Care Nurse Assessor must be able to collate their findings into a report which is then presented to panel
- You must also be a Registered Children's Nurse to be successful in this role
