Description
An opportunity has arisen to join a Finance Change team for a large UK Bank who will work with project lead teams to ensure the delivery is managed into the Finance.
Key Accountabilities:
- Accountable for Cradle to grave delivery of a set of deliveries within the portfolio of BAU and Project led Change. An individual delivery lead's allocation may span several of Finance Business Services' (FBS) landscapes
- Develop and maintain good relationships with Key Stakeholders (including Group IT/COO Change/Project Stakeholders) contributing to FBS-wide stakeholder management as required
- Develop and control the change release schedule across the FBS application Landscape
- Initial point of contact for all BAU and Project Driven Change for FBS
- Responsible for co-ordinating FBS resource as required to assess and deliver the agreed work (GDRS Release Manager, Environment SME, Functional SME) highlighting resource conflicts/prioritisation/gaps and other risks to FBS delivery and service to the leadership team
- Responsible for co-ordinating Level 1 (initial) change Do-ability Review (including Delivery Definition Workshop) with relevant SME resources and submitting cost estimates (resource/skills/time) to COO Change as required
- Co-ordinate delivery of BAU change process with Functional SMEs as required
- Co-ordinate Level 2 (detailed) change Do-ability Review (including Delivery Definition Workshop) with relevant FBS resources and submitting FBS quote (including co-ordinating relevant sign off as scale of change dictates)
- Prepare the detailed Project Plan/Packages for FBS deliverables
- Represent FBS at agreed project/COO change governance meetings
- Monitor and Control the delivery of the agreed plan
- Maintain relevant MI and reporting to control change delivery including budget
- Co-ordinate BIA updates as required by the risk timetable
- Develop and operate relevant controls to ensure the quality of agreed change (Critical Success Factors)
