Description
Juniper Network Engineer JNCIP/JNCIE role for long term contract based in France. Six month initial contract with good prospects of being extended. Highly technical role, providing (mainly) Architectural, Design and Implementation Consultancy support for our clients Juniper network landscape.You will act as the technical lead for major network deployments and migrations. This will involve providing network design leadership, troubleshooting networks design and architecture issues, analysing network and device configurations as well as providing deployment guidance. This is a hands on' role providing advanced level of engineering services, technical consultancy and workshops for their Juniper network landscape.
Skills Required:-
Six years+ experience providing implementation technical support of networking products
Experienced at designing and supporting large scale IP Networks
This is a Juniper specific role with a high level of technical experience and knowledge and therefore candidates will need either JNCIP/JNCIE certification.
Technically strong in the installation and operation of IP Routers
TCP/IP and MPLS fundamentals
Troubleshooting of TCP/IP, BGP, BNG/Subscriber management, ISIS, MPLS-VPN, QoS/CoS, IPv6, Multicast, etc
good knowledge of JUNOS and Juniper MX/ACX/PTX-series products is desirable.
Routing protocol operation, migration, and scaling mechanisms
Routing policies at BGP peering points
VPNs and the associated tunneling technologies (MPLS, L3VPN, VPLS, MVPN.)
Must be fluent in French and English (to at least professional/business level)
