Job Description:
-In the context of the unified communications project, under the supervision of the designated officer, the contractor will perform the Following tasks:
-Site survey of each building floors to capture end user extension, office number, availability of network ports
- Provide assessment report on a daily basis post site survey
-Check and validate end to end cabling, network connectivity for each end user desk / Common area and make sure it meets the prerequisite of migration to UC service setup
-As and where required, work with UC team to carry out the necessary correction so that the site is ready for migration.
-Following the best practice, install desk phones and make necessary cable connection
-Work in close coordination with UC team to deploy and bring online Polycom phones and make sure basic phone functions are working.
-Provide 1st level of introduction to the Phone and How to use the desk-phone
-Coordinate with UC team member to resolve any issue and assist in 1st level of troubleshooting.
-Post migration as suggested by UC team, recovered the old AastraPhone and stock it in line with the defined procedure.

-All Extensions currently on FAO HQ Aastra PBX has been migrated to UC setup successfully.
-All end user Phones are connected and active
-Old Aastra Phones has been recovered and stored correctly
Education: BSc, M.Sc, or similar academic degree.
Languages: Fluent English skills must.
