  • To be able to establish data migration process along with the governance
  • Data gathering process
  • Data cleansing process
  • Data Verification process
  • Data enrichment process
  • Whether any transformation is needed?
  • Process for upload (manual)
  • Should define delta/refresh/WIP process
  • Put together some sort of the plan and track the progress
  • Should have understanding of Pharma Product Master Data
  • Should have data Analysis/assessment skills
  • Should be able to communicate with Business & IT Stakeholders
  • Devise a data Maintenance process
