Recruitment Specialist - (Product Design)
Based in London, our client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast paced forward thinking company with very creative culture.
They require a Recruitment Specialist - (Product Design) with at least 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally across multiple tech/product disciplines to join them. Initially on an 11-month contract, responsible for designing and executing full cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure the best results possible.

Do you have the right experience for this role?
- At least 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally across multiple tech/product disciplines.
- Knowledge of independently partnering with senior leadership on hiring processes.
- Drive and influence results in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of partnering with recruiters and hiring partners across multiple disparate offices.
- Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring cycle
- Possess strong organizational skills, as well as a detailed-orientated individual.
- Compensation and general HR practice.
What will you be doing?
- Customized full cycle staffing plans, partnering closely with hiring managers to achieve the best results possible.
- Engage passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques, coordinating with our sourcers when required.
- Conduct meetings and key initiatives and projects with client groups, and with the recruiting teams, that will continuously improve the results.
- Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders.
- Develop meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (eg Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams).
- Liaise with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs that may spike in other areas.
