Role overview:
Able to facilitate workshops to gather configuration requirements
Complete any outstanding configuration of the tool/environment
Support Penetration Testing and remediate any defects
Support SAT, UAT and remediate any defects
Support Acceptance Into Service and remediate any defects
Creation of System Operating Procedures. (screenshot working instructions)
Knowledge Transfer to BAU team
Update of Low Level Design Document's with any changes made and following formal review
