Talent Development Senior ConsultantWe are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company, to join their project in China.
Position Title: Talent Development Senior Consultant
Position Type: Contract

Responsibilities:
- As a consultant, provide pre-sales support, including customer communication, designing talent development solutions based on customer requirements.
- As a delivery representative role, involved in the project delivery, including conducting survey, writing survey reports, designing implementation solution, leading consulting team implementation, etc.
- Output the deliverables based on Client's customer and Client's quality criteria.
- As a development representative role, involved in the competence consulting service product development based on Client's related process and quality criteria.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Successful experience in a similar role managing enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ed.D, Ph.D or Master’s degree or higher preferred in educational technology, communications or a related field, instructional/learning design, human resource development.
- At least 8+ years’ experience in learning/ICT industry as HRD or consultant.
- Fluent English (Spanish and/or Chinese highly preferred due to projects requirements).
- Create structure in ambiguous situations.
- Provide insight through analytical and critical thinking combined with the ability to do root cause analysis.
- Conduct difficult challenging conversations, including interactions with both internal and external senior stakeholders.
- Be proactive in diagnosing underlying issues and resolving them.
- Be resourceful and think creatively about how to develop solutions and work around obstacles during implementation.
- Interface with many stakeholders who have competing priorities and drive toward consensus and a go-forward plan. Requires strong persuasion, negotiation and influence skills.
- Span the detail; to think strategically and also work tactically with minute levels of detail.
