Service Delivery Manager Interim Head of Service Delivery/Director of Service Delivery - Leeds/Halifax- West Yorkshire.Our client requires a high calibre Interim Head of Service Delivery/Director of Service Delivery to join their organisation on 6 month contract. You will be required to provide a high end overview of the current "state of play" and create recommendations of best practice in order to raise the bar which you will then be required to implement. You will have experience of working within high availability, high impact, 24x7 environments with proven capability at managing high volume changes to the live environment. Proven commercial acumen, business engagement and a track record of exemplary Service Delivery is essentialExperience within the Stock broking, eCommerce, Investment/Retail banking sector is highly desirable.
