Interim Master Data Steward Interim Master Data Steward - SunburyMy client, a leading energy trading company is looking for an Interim Master Data Steward to work within the Global Vendor Management Team. The Candidate will be required to successfully: · Administer supplier master requests from local sites within SAP MDM and distribute new, enriched data masters to consuming SAP systems following agreed business procedures. · Assist with data cleansing of legacy supplier lists· Perform analysis and run queries on the Master database as part of continuous improvement and data quality monitoringThe chosen candidate must have the following Experience & Knowledge:· Master Data Management experience (e.g. maintenance of customer, supplier, product or materials records in an ERP application)· A levels/HND/Degree or professional qualification in a numerate discipline preferred - Engineering, accounting, business studies, economics, IT · Good communication skills, attention to detail, 'completer-finisher', able to work without detailed supervision, welcomes responsibility and working in a matrix structure· Excel/Access proficiency· Additional Skills :· Experience of SAP vendor mastering will be an advantage , as will experience in system administration or analytical roles such as pursing and accounting systems admin, financial modelling, data conversion within a medium to large company or professional practice (e.g. FTSE 250 or MNC).This is a fantastic opportunity with a big client.
