At Roger (www.roger.ai) we're building a new way for consumers and small businesses to take care of their bill payments and make their financial lives much more worry free.We're a tight-knit remote team based in San Francisco, Copenhagen and Vancouver and we are looking for an designer to take the lead on all things related to the user experience and the user interface of our iOS, Android and Web apps.
It’s a very versatile position where you’ll have a ton of creative freedom to impact the brand and the design in all aspects and make it your own. The company is still in the early stages of development but we are doubling our transactional growth month over month which means that things are moving fast and people use our product every single day - and they love it! This is your chance to be a part of something in the early stage but with a ton of validation and usage on the product already - you’re guaranteed to see a direct impact of your work almost instantly and test it with thousands of consumers in a heartbeat.
It’s a huge plus if you’re able to code up your designs yourself but it’s not a must at all. We’re mainly looking for someone with a strong visual direction that fits with our vision for the company and the brand and someone who is able to take a leading role and guide the rest of the 10 person team on the design side.
Your location isn’t important. We operate remotely, with hubs of people in Copenhagen and San Francisco. All of us meet in person once a quarter so we get to see each other’s beautiful faces at least sometimes ??
