Contract - South East UK - NHS Interim Payroll Manager - Band 8a Day Rate - ASAP Start
My client, a NHS organisation in the South East, are urgently in need of an interim Payroll Manager to assist them for a period of 3-6 months on a contract day rate basis in line with the NHSI Monitor Cap banding 8A.
Job Details:
Role: Payroll Manager
Band: 8a
Working hours: 9am - 5pm
Working hours: Monday - Friday
Requirements:
Managing the payroll process from start to finish for 4,500 monthly staff and 400 weekly staff (this would include ESR experience).
Responsibilities would also include line management of 3 staff (including ensuring that the team completed all of its work on a timely process so that it feeds into the payroll)
Responding to pension, payroll and widening access training scheme queries.
