Technical Sourcer
Based in London, our client is renowned for their continuing advancements in online technologies that have changed the world. An ambitious, fast paced forward thinking company with very creative culture.
They require a Technical Sourcer with at least 1 years sourcing recruitment experience within Engineering, Mobile, Product and Infrastructure within an IT multinational company. Initially on an 11-month contract, responsible for sourcing and developing strategies to find top candidates for Engineering, Mobile, Product and Infrastructure organisations.

What are the core duties?
- Liaise with Recruiters and hiring managers, understanding technical requirements of roles, the function and organization.
- Manage an efficient model of operation with Coordinators and Recruiters.
- Develop different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns.
- Identify and communicate with activate and passive candidates through Boolean, LinkedIn and alternative search techniques.
- Screen CVs and interview candidates.
- Oversee and track pipeline activity.
- Promote improvements that impact local pipeline areas.
What skills are required for this role?
- At least 1 years sourcing recruitment experience within Engineering, Mobile, Product and Infrastructure candidates.
- Experience working on behalf of IT multinational companies.
- Strong sourcing skills.
- A passion for sourcing candidates.
- Advanced communications skills, with written and spoken English to business level.
- Degree qualified or equivalent would be an advantage.
