1st Line Support/Support Level 1
Duration: Min 3 months + possible extension
Location: Brussels
Mission:
* Support Level 1
* Carry out online tests with the test lead strategy
* Updating of documentation and process flows
* Organize coaching and workshops for end users
Profile:
1 At least 1 year of experience in support
2 Possibility of communicating in both languages as well as English
3 Experience in Omnitracker or similar, preferably certified in Omnitracker Administration and Automation
4 ITIL certificate is a plus
5 The ITIL-compliant and certified application for IT Service Management (ITSM) supports the following processes:
* Incident Management
* problem management
* Change Management
* Request Fulfillment
* Event Management
* Service Asset & Configuration Management
* Identity & Access Management
* Release & Deployment Management
* Service Level Management
* Service catalog management
