Requirements
- Must live in the United States or Canada
- Excellent communication skills
- Work effectively on a distributed team
- Well-versed in effective software engineering practices
- Strong desire to learn and expand upon your technical foundations
At least some of the following:
- Fluency in Python/Django
- Experience with REST API design, implementation, usage
- Strong frontend development experience with modern Javascript frameworks, ideally React
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, templating
Preferred
- BS Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong experience in distributed software development teams
- Strong experience with tech startup environments
- Experience building large web applications
- Passion for startups and desire to become part of a startup success story
- Experience with automated testing
- Experience with the GitHub development flow and code reviews
