Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for lead project technical team to perform the VAS products project delivery.
  • Organize project team to review the technical solution, make sure the feasibility of solution implementation.
  • Responsible for Site survey and Integration Design document output.
  • Responsible for HLD and LLD document output.
  • On site organize the activities include equipment installation, commission, data migration, cut-over, after care and handover to maintenance.
  • Tracking and resolve all technical issues during the project delivery.
  • Construction and training local technical service team.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge on VAS (SMSC/MMSC/WAPGW/MMSC/VMS/USSD/NGIN) Products
  • Knowledge on Cloud and Virtualization.
  • Knowledge on Linux, Oracle, Network and Storage.
  • Knowledge on TCP/IP,SMPP,SS7,CAP,SIP,Diameter,SOAP,MM1,MM7 Protocols
  • Knowledge on project delivery activities include site survey, network integration design, hardware installation, software installation and commission, data migration, cut-over, aftercare and so on.
  • Ability to lead whole team to finish the work task under the project schedule, track the technical issue until close.
  • Fluent communication in English or Spanish as work language
  • Ability to work and communicate with customers, internal business unit organizations, and manage the third party vendors.
  • Ability to work across cultural and organizational boundaries, and operate successfully in an intense business environment.
  • Ability to perform job functions to standards under pressure of tense/confrontational situations.
  • Ability to present technical information to audiences with a wide range of technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently.
