Lead Business Analyst - Daily Rate Contract - Dublin
Reporting to the CIO for Western and Central Europe, this is a key role for the delivery of high priority technology projects.
- Lead BA on regional initiatives throughout Western and Central Europe
? Serving as a liaison between the business and IT functions in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
? Analyse and document business requirements
? Responsible for the translation of requirements into functional specifications
? Lead the BA effort - coordination of BA work
? Stakeholder management and communications
? Representing the business value
- Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation
- Work with business partners to identify opportunities to automate processes and functions
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of standard best practice BA processes and tools
- Mentoring other BA's in the application of best practices
- QA critical analysis outputs eg BRDs
- BA consultancy on larger projects (problem diagnosis, understanding business needs)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Typically has at least 7 years of relevant technical or business work experience.
