I am looking for a Technical Support Engineer for a long term project in Amsterdam.
Minimum of 5 year experience in an international telecommunication environment
Knowledge of IP and Telecommunications standards
Deep understanding of Wide Area Networking and Local Area Network (LAN)
Wide knowledge of PTT/Carrier technologies and standards
Knowledge of testing methodology and usage of test equipment
Fundamental knowledge of cabling systems/adapters/interfaces and their handling
Principles of electrical engineering
Car driver's license and active driver
Strongly process and customer oriented with high quality result oriented approach
Team player, well-organized and self-motivated person, flexible, capable to take initiatives and responsibilities.

Availability to travel abroad when required
Take part in the standby schedule for 7x24x365 support and out of office hours planned work
