Unique opportunity for an Inside Sales Six Sigma Process Champion/Director for a Global Organisation based in South Dublin.
This enthusiastic and energetic person will be joining a team and engaging directly with sales professionals, org leaders, and product specialists to drive performance monitoring, critical change management, and innovative process pilots across an entire organization - all with a direct focus on achieving revenue uplift. You will be Six Sigma Black Belt certified with a minimum 5-7 years' experience in an organizational change agent role, and/or a business problem solver role. Solid experience with sales processes, change management and partner engagement procedures required. This World Wide Inside Sales organization is driving the critical ability to scale sales conversations and deliver true customer solutions across the globe. This org is looking for a professional to join the Sales Process and Innovation team, where they will have the opportunity to work on driving efforts that deliver increased revenue to the company. Specifically, the right individual will be able to leverage past experience within sales operations and/or process optimization techniques with a regional team of sellers and sales excellence professionals.
